REAL Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks was slammed by fans for using ...too much filter... in an unrecognizable Instagram pic with her pal Brandi Glanville.

Former RHOBH star Brandi posted a photo celebrating her birthday with Phaedra, and the shot immediately sparked controversy.

Brandi captioned the photo of the two of them with a heart emoji and wrote: “Thank you for the birthday wishes my Scorpio sister! Luv u @phaedraparks.”

Fans immediately noticed something different about Phaedra’s appearance in the shot.

Although the RHOA alum hasn’t publicly admitted to having any surgical procedures, that didn’t stop followers from claiming that her face looked enhanced.

Some did not take it well, with one writing: ...What Phaedra did to her face? It’s like a face TRANSPLANT. Who in the world recognizes her?...

Another commented: ...Wait a minute! Who is that?”

One follower even wrote: ...No way that's Phaedra! Too heavy on the filters!...

“Wait … that’s Phaedra? I would have never recognized her,... other disappointed followers continued to comment.

The RHOA star recently revealed coronavirus made her too afraid to hit the gym.

She said: ...I really hadn't had time to keep up with my gym and with COVID I'm really afraid to go into the gyms right now.

...I noticed that I was getting some fat in my mid-drift area.

...I just really wanted to be able to tighten it up, lose some inches, but get some muscle tone at the same time....

In the past, the TV star opened up about how she's maintained her ageless appearance.

Phaedra explained: “I drink no less than a gallon and a half of water every day.

...I like to mix fresh lemons and ginger in my water, sometimes a little cucumber.

...That’s my inside secret, just drinking a lot of water.”

Earlier this year, the Bravo star revealed she underwent a weight loss treatment.

The 48-year-old took part in a cutting-edge weight loss and muscle toning procedure in Los Angeles.

In 2017, Phaedra was fired from the show after she confessed to spreading a nasty rumor involving co-star Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker.

Phaedra is the only cast member in RHOA history to be fired from the show for starting rumors.

Since her departure, fans have continued to question when and if Phaedra will ever return to the show.

The TV personality earlier this year mentioned she'd be up to come back.

Though, just a couple of months later she revealed that she currently has no plans to return to RHOA, especially since she would have a lot of people coming for her if she were back on the series.

What we know for now is that the TV star filmed season 2 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.

Fans will have to wait to see what's next, besides her latest unrecognizable face transformation.
